General Conditions

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, eligible returns will receive store credit.
  • Return requests must be made within 6 days of receiving the order.
  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or using coupon codes are not eligible for return.
  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing customersupport@houseofonar.com

  • Sale/Discounted Products
  • Orders purchased using a coupon code or store credit
  • Accessories damaged, used, or altered after delivery

Return Process (Within India)

  • Initiate Return: Email us at customersupport@houseofonar.com
     with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
  • Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  • Pickup & Quality Check: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Store Credit: After successful quality check, store credit (after deduction of ₹200 for logistics & handling) will be issued within 7–10 working days via email.

Refund & Store Credit

  • We do not offer bank/cash refunds.
  • Refunds are issued only as store credit.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on www.houseofonar.com
    .

Important Instructions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • An unboxing video is required to claim return for damaged/missing products.
  • Please mention your order number and contact number clearly on the return package.
