General Conditions
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, eligible returns will receive store credit.
- Return requests must be made within 6 days of receiving the order.
- Products purchased on sale, discount, or using coupon codes are not eligible for return.
- Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing customersupport@houseofonar.com

- Orders purchased using a coupon code or store credit
- Accessories damaged, used, or altered after delivery
Return Process (Within India)
- Initiate Return: Email us at customersupport@houseofonar.com
with your order number, reason for return, and product images. - Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- Pickup & Quality Check: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Store Credit: After successful quality check, store credit (after deduction of ₹200 for logistics & handling) will be issued within 7–10 working days via email.
Refund & Store Credit
- We do not offer bank/cash refunds.
- Refunds are issued only as store credit.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on www.houseofonar.com

Important Instructions
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- An unboxing video is required to claim return for damaged/missing products.
- Please mention your order number and contact number clearly on the return package.
